Concept

covent is an architectural lounge chair that pairs a soft, enveloping upholstered shell with a light, structural metal chassis. The design reads as a study in contrast: the curved, tactile seat invites lingering and comfort, while the open, geometric base gives the piece rhythm, transparency, and a modern, industrial calm. It’s intended for contemporary residences, boutique hospitality, and collaborative spaces where a composed but approachable seating option is needed.
